If you’re looking for an easy soundbite, a quick summation of the organization at its most high-level position, then CEO and co-founder, Robert Blanton puts it well:

“Warfighter Made is a veteran based nonprofit that provides recreational therapy to ill injured and combat wounded service members and veterans.”

But that is more about what Warfighter Made is.

And if you want to know what they do, this is also easy to break down:

  • They invite veterans from all walks of life to their shop to work on vehicles with other veterans.
  • They adapt and customize vehicles for combat wounded veterans.
  • And they do stuff outside the garage, like racing Light Strike Vehicles in the Mexican 1000, driving ATVs, fishing, shooting, and other outdoor recreation.
