Your happiness is our #1 priority at Revant. And if you're not happy, we're not happy, so we'll do everything within our power to make it right. If for any reason you're not satisfied, just go through our easy return & warranty process, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day or less.

Non-Prescription Lenses, Parts, & Accessories

You have 60 DAYS to return an item to us in its original condition for an exchange or a full refund (including original shipping costs) for any reason at all. In addition, we back every Revant product with a 365 DAY manufacturer warranty against defect.

Prescription Lenses

You have 60 DAYS to test your prescription lenses and make sure the clarity is perfect. If your prescription changes in this time or you experience any issues, please let us know. We'll look into what may be causing the issue and make you a new set of prescription lenses or refund your order. Your order is also backed by a 365-day manufacturing warranty against defect.

Please order carefully, as we cannot remake your prescription lenses or refund your order because you've changed your mind. If you'd like advice on choosing the best lens, we'd love to help! Please contact our Experience Team, and we'll help guide you to the perfect lens for you.


What is Covered By Warranty:

  • Lenses not fitting correctly
  • Delamination or peeling of lens coating
  • Imperfections in lens coating not caused by general wear and tear, misuse, or damage by chemicals

What is Not Covered By Warranty:

  • Scratches and abrasions caused by normal wear and tear
  • Loss or theft of item
  • Product altered or modified in any way (this includes but is not limited to: glue, sanding, drilling, or dremmeling)
  • Any damages caused by accident, abuse, or improper use or storage of product
  • Damage caused by chemicals (alcohol, cologne, chlorine, hair spray, window cleaner, etc.)


If you wish to return a product, please fill out the form below and we'll be in contact with you within 1 business day to process your claim. For all valid US returns, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you along with instructions for returning your product. Please make sure [email protected] is not blocked by a spam filter.

International, US Territories and Possessions, APO/FPO/DPO Returns
At this time we are unable to issue paid return labels to these locations. Shipping costs for returns originating from these locations are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is deemed to be defective by Revant or was sent by Revant to the customer by mistake. UK customers, click here for information on recouping Customs Duty or Import VAT on returned items.
