Do I Really Need Polarized Sunglasses?

Polarization cuts glare, increases visibility, and lets you see underwater. In short, it helps you do the things you love better. And once you’ve taken that hairpin without getting blinded or looked a fish straight in the eye, you’ll never go back.

Unmatched Quality

We don’t know everything, but we know lenses. The last ten years have been all about testing, testing, testing. Every single material, coating, and manufacturing method has been evaluated. Only the best are used for our lenses.

Questions About Replacing Your Bose Tempo Lenses?

Can I replace the lenses in my sunglasses?

Yes, most name-brand sunglasses have lenses that can be replaced. Revant lenses are custom-cut for specific frame models and include installation instructions. In most cases, you can replace the lenses at home in under two minutes.

How do I know if Revant lenses will fit my frame?

Check the model name or number printed on the inside temple of your sunglasses. Revant lenses are made for exact frame models, not just similar styles. If the model on your frame matches the one listed on our product page, you’ll get a perfect fit.

If you're unsure or don't see a model name or number, contact us and we can help make sure you get the right lenses for your sunglasses.

What’s the difference between Revant lenses and my original lenses?

Revant lenses are aftermarket, not OEM, but they’re engineered to meet or exceed the performance of original lenses. Each lens is traced from the original frame model using high-precision digital scanners that capture its unique curvature and edge geometry down to fractions of a millimeter. That means you get a lens cut to fit your frame exactly. No guesswork, no gaps, and no rattle.

Beyond fit, Revant lenses are tested for optical clarity, impact resistance, and durability. We also offer upgrades like polarization, MirrorShield® tints, anti-reflective coatings, and hydrophobic layers that go beyond what many stock lenses provide.

For the price of 70+ USD

"I was referred by a good friend. After waiting a solid month for them to ship and arrive (during the holidays) I received the top of the line of lenses from Revant. I will say they do fit, but I was let down because they do not look like the “titanium mirror” and the shade is lighter than shown in picture online. Also came in the mail with a faint scratch on the bottom right of the lenses. I haven’t complained as it is not in my direct line of sight."

Q&A

Could I order lenses as a bi-focal? Let me know. Thanks!
Hi there! At this time, we do not offer lined bifocals. However, we do offer no-line progressive multifocals. These are similar to bifocals in that they give you the ability to see distance and near, but they have the added feature of no visible line and a smooth transition into an intermediate focal length before reaching the near prescription at the bottom of the lenses. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested or further discuss your prescription lens needs to see if you would be a good candidate for this or other prescription lens options!
What color lens is good for night viewing with Bose Tempo frame?
Barry, We offer an HD Yellow as an option for most of our frame styles. That being said, we don't like recommending it for night driving. I know that yellow lenses have been widely marketed for that purpose, but it makes us uncomfortable from a safety standpoint. Any lens that's not completely clear is going to block a portion of the light that gets to your eyes. For example, even though our HD Yellow lenses look pretty clear, they still have a VLT of 80% (meaning they only let in 80% of all light). You already have a limited amount of light for your eyes to use while you're driving, and if you put a yellow lens in front of them, that takes away another 20% of that limited light. Since light is how our eyes do what they need to do, I don't think the small amount of contrast that a yellow lens provides outweighs your need for as much light as possible. What I do recommend is _finding a clear lens that has an anti-reflective coating_ applied to it. That anti-reflective coating can help bust glare from headlights, which is the biggest issue when you're driving at night. We don't currently offer an clear lens with an anti-reflective coating (outside of our prescription lenses), but a quick google search should pull up a couple options for you.
Hello, I’m wondering if any of these lenses are good for computer use (to avoid dry eyes and strain)
None of our lenses are currently specifically designed to block blue light, but the Tracer Yellow lenses are inherently great at blocking that! As an added bonus, all of our products come with a 60 day return-for-any-reason guarantee, so there's no risk trying them out!
My eyesight is pretty good, except as I have got older, I now need reading glasses for things closer than 60cm. I want neutral BOSE TEMPO lenses with a 1.5 or 2.0 reader in the bottom of the lens. The colour should be clear. This allows me to use these for working on PC and conference calls. I already have glasses that do this. I just want BOSE lenses. Can you do this?
We don't currently make reader lenses. I'm hopeful you can find them from another manufacturer.
