"I rarely take the time to rate products that I purchase or the companies that I buy them from. With that said, my experience with Revant was so poor that I felt the need to put it out there. I ordered lenses and paid for expedited shipping but I was sent an empty package. Literally, an empty envelope. I called three times and no one answered. I sent an email asking for an explanation and had to wait two days to hear back about how they could either refund me or try another postal service. Come on! I paid for two-day delivery and an empty envelope showed up. So I know they’re capable of sending envelopes but apparently don’t have the product. After I responded, they didn’t offer any discount or reassurance that my lenses would arrive. I will never use Revant again."
