"I tried on line order and initially received a response that lenses were not available for my Oakley glasses. A few days later I got an email (from a person) that they did have the lenses. I ordered, somewhat skeptical but hoping they would work and that I would be able to change the lens on my own. They came within 7 days. It was surprisingly easy to replace the lenses and the quality far exceeded my expectations. I think they are better than the original. I would highly recommend."

"After a month of use I have no issues with lenses. I had original Prism Oakley lenses, so I replaced them with premimum polarized. View through glasses is very similar to the original Oakley lenses. Mirror color is different from original. For me original mirror looks better. Generally I'm very satisfied."

"Little confusion with the original lenses being the wrong color. I would say their customer support is extremely responsive and accommodating. Elite Polarized has a film on the back of the lenses that can be distracting to someone who doesn’t like inner glares when the sun or bright lights are behind you. I personally found it distracting while driving. Still waiting on my replacement lenses that are the right color, but the ones I did get are beautiful just not my style. I will provide updated feedback when the replacement lenses arrive. So far I’m getting 2 pairs of lenses for free as they refunded my money due to the confusion. How can you rate something less than 5 stars with that kind of customer service?? This is an honest company— if they mess up they will make it right. Hard to find businesses like that these days. Thanks Revant."
