"Well As we know the first set of lens were incorrect. Everything from the order to the supply details appeared correct But unfortunately they didn’t fit I contacted you people who came up with a resolution really easily and quickly. Send a new set of lens It has been a while and the replacements still have not arrived. But I must say the first set took ages. If I had realised that they were coming from the US which I think is where you are. I probably would not have bought them due to the delivery time. By the questions in your review this would appear that quality is an ongoing problem So so far-"

Great customer service lens too small

"Lens were shipped that were way too small. I contacted them by email and they responded quickly and had me take pics of frames and resent what they believed would fit. The second pair were slightly bigger but they fall out and have a gap where they are too small to use. They immediately refunded my purchase price and sent a link to “custom” cut where I could send in the frames and get the custom cut set. It’s $69 and original were going to be $49 for std cut lenses. So customer service good and very quick to respond but I am still without replacement lenses for ray ban Justin classic glasses."
