Do I Really Need Polarized Sunglasses?

Polarization cuts glare, increases visibility, and lets you see underwater. In short, it helps you do the things you love better. And once you’ve taken that hairpin without getting blinded or looked a fish straight in the eye, you’ll never go back.

Unmatched Quality

We don’t know everything, but we know lenses. The last ten years have been all about testing, testing, testing. Every single material, coating, and manufacturing method has been evaluated. Only the best are used for our lenses.

  • High Impact Resistance
  • Polarized to Block Glare
  • 100% UV Protection

It makes a difference and there are a lot of them. So we put together a short quiz to help you decide.

Questions About Replacing Your Ray-Ban Elliot RB2197 50mm Lenses?

Can I replace the lenses in my sunglasses?

Yes, most name-brand sunglasses have lenses that can be replaced. Revant lenses are custom-cut for specific frame models and include installation instructions. In most cases, you can replace the lenses at home in under two minutes.

How do I know if Revant lenses will fit my frame?

Check the model name or number printed on the inside temple of your sunglasses. Revant lenses are made for exact frame models, not just similar styles. If the model on your frame matches the one listed on our product page, you’ll get a perfect fit.

If you're unsure or don't see a model name or number, contact us and we can help make sure you get the right lenses for your sunglasses.

What’s the difference between Revant lenses and my original lenses?

Revant lenses are aftermarket, not OEM, but they’re engineered to meet or exceed the performance of original lenses. Each lens is traced from the original frame model using high-precision digital scanners that capture its unique curvature and edge geometry down to fractions of a millimeter. That means you get a lens cut to fit your frame exactly. No guesswork, no gaps, and no rattle.

Beyond fit, Revant lenses are tested for optical clarity, impact resistance, and durability. We also offer upgrades like polarization, MirrorShield® tints, anti-reflective coatings, and hydrophobic layers that go beyond what many stock lenses provide.
