"6-Stars!!! I replied directly to their Survay Email and the account is managed by an actual person!!! My inquiry/message received a response within an hour by a truly empathetic human being!!! I expected an auto-generated "this email is unmanned" kind of reply based on my presumption that given the high quality and variety of their product offering (at such a reasonable price point) would mean these guys are a big-time production (which they could be) but they still operate like a "mom & pop shop" placing no value higher than keeping there consumers satisfied with the dieing (damn near lost) art of personally and promptly delivering an excellent customer service experience!!! This was the first time I've swapped lenses in a pair of glasses that aren't technically designed/marketed as having the "interchangeable lenses" feature... it was such a simple process and these Revant lenses fit so perfectly, I WILL be purchasing more sets and swapping them regularly based on the day's forecast and activity. HAT'S OFF to Revant for stepping into this space (with a such a quality product and service model) where so many premium (large production) sunglasses companies don't have a financial interest in venturing...
